Refund & Return Policy
Our 30-day return window, eligibility conditions, and everything you need to know about returning a Relavion order.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. Return requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, factory-sealed packaging
- The tamper-evident seal must be fully intact and unbroken
- The product must not have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way
- The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date
- You must provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt number)
For reasons of health, hygiene, and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under this policy:
- Products with a broken, damaged, or missing tamper-evident seal
- Opened or partially consumed products (unless received damaged or defective)
- Products returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces not operated by Quoglarngrclix
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective upon arrival, or does not match your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at contact-@quoglarngrclix.world. Include the following in your message:
- Your order number or reference
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or defective product, the packaging, and the shipping label
We will review your report and, where the issue is confirmed, arrange either a full replacement or a complete refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact-@quoglarngrclix.world with your order number, your reason for return, and any supporting photographs if relevant
- Wait for our response with a return authorization confirmation — we will reply within 3 business days
- Once your return is authorized, securely package the product and ship it to the address we provide using a trackable shipping method
- Share the tracking number with us via email after shipment so we can monitor the return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect through our error.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our end.
Please note that depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Processing times are outside of our control.
7. Partial Refunds
In cases where a product is returned in a condition that does not fully meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 2 (for example, minor damage to the outer box but seal intact), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion. We will communicate any such determination before processing the refund.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product-for-product exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product or a replacement, please initiate a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
9. Consumer Protection Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws, including applicable state lemon laws, warranty obligations, or rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. If applicable law grants you greater rights than those provided in this policy, those rights will take precedence.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and is intended to be consistent with applicable consumer protection regulations including FTC guidelines, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and Pennsylvania consumer protection statutes.
